Broker/Associate

I was the girl in high school that talked her friend’s parents into letting me rearrange their furniture to make the room flow better, repaint their home’s interior or install new flooring. I’ve always wanted to make spaces look and feel their best. This comes from my parents, as they always had a home project going on. They built our home themselves when I was 8 years old and I found the entire construction process fascinating. In 1999 I left home, Binghamton, NY, and moved to Brevard County, FL.  I have lived in the Cocoa Beach/Merritt Island area ever since. I enjoy the beach lifestyle, people in the community and watching all of the growth in the area. In 2001 I became a licensed real estate agent then became a licensed real estate broker and I have worked in real estate to successfully sell over 500 residential properties.   I focused on new construction waterfront condominiums and single family homes for many years with one of the areas leading developers.  In 2003, I met my husband and we started renovating homes together.  Since then we have bought and sold homes, rented homes and recently built our home together.   We are always doing some type of construction project.

Life is ever changing. As life changes so do our real estate needs.  I help people sell their homes so they can move into a larger home or downsize to a condo and everything in between.  Helping Seller’s market and present the best features of their property to prospective Buyer’s is what I do best.  My goal is to receive the highest price the property can bring in the shortest amount of time.  I help negotiate the terms of the contract that will work best for all people involved. My goal to make the selling/moving process for homeowner’s and future homeowner’s as seamless as possible.  When I’m working with a Buyer I listen to their housing needs and wants then I match them with a home in their price range.

During every phase of life’s changes call Jessica Hayes for your real estate needs. I look forward to meeting with you to hear about your next real estate adventure.
