Originally from Marlton, NJ, Jeff is an avid saltwater fisherman with more than 23 years of offshore fishing experience. His passion for fishing and boating is what brought him to Merritt Island with his fiancee Christa in 2011. He owns a 241 Mako center console boat, which is parked behind his Merritt Island waterfront home. Jeff’s educational background is in Geology and for nearly 16 years he worked as a geologist conducting engineering inspections, performing environmental assessments, and managing geo-technical engineering investigations. After 4 years with Earth Engineering Jeff was promoted to the Assistant Director of the New Jersey Division. While at Earth Engineering, Jeff managed projects ranging from thousands of dollars to multi-million dollar. Once in Florida, Jeff decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and specializes in residential (buy/sell), waterfront properties, and property management. His attention to detail, honesty, ability to communicate, knowledge of real estate, and previous experience are an asset to any potential buyer or seller.
