Anita started real estate 1978 Rockford, Illinois. Women were just getting in the business, and she was one of the first ones. It was not easy; she had four children to raise but she made it . Anita moved in 1984 to become the design head for the restoration of Clinton, IA downtown area while still keeping her license up. She has traveled through and works in on to Nashville, Destin Florida, Carriage Hill, then ultimately to Melbourne in 1994.
